Aussie Defence (AUS12)...the sexy new statement from 2wink!

2Wink Australia, the only Western Australian underwear company, has created a line of swimwear called Aussie Defence AUS12 as a follow-up to its first ever swimwear range launched in 2011, which included styles named after famous Aussie stars.

“We’ve created comfortable swimwear that’s perfectly Australian: sexy and stylish,” says 2wink Australia co-owner Carl McNeill. “We hope that guys around the world will catch on to the AUS12 theme with AUS representing Australia and 12 being the current year; 2012.”

Popular fitness model Lee Stram modelled the new line and you can enjoy some behind-the-scenes footage below

AUS12 swimsuits are made from imported Italian fabric, which is 80% nylon and 20% lycra, but 100% Aussie-made.  The range is available in three different colours, including light blue, orange and red.

Erasmo Viano for New Captain Underwear

A nice hot start to the week thanks to our friend Milton from Brazil who emailed us with these new shots of Brazilian model Erasmo Viano.

Erasmo is the star of the latest New Captain Underwear campaign. He was shot by photographer Cesar Dutra wearing the classics pieces made with the finest fabrics with styling by Thidy Alvis (Glloss) and grooming by Johnny Lazz under Image Consult art direction.

Brandon by Nicholas Hernandez

Nothing like ending the week on a high note, so we'd be remiss if we didn't offer thanks to the wonderful photographer Nicholas Hernandez for these shots of the lovely Brandon Schinaman.

Brandon is an actor/model from Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to LA at the young age of 21 to pursue his dreams of acting and modeling. He is a hard working, free spirited young man who is passionate about his goals in life and he takes his personal health and fitness very seriously! As you can see from the pics below!

Nicholas Hernandez has featured here before and has been very warmly received. He is a photographer/film editor from Los Angeles, California who's worked for film studios such as Fox Searchlight Pictures and Walt Disney Studios.

Since discovering his passion for photography his work has appeared in LA Weekly and documentary films such as "Pavement: Temple of Scream" and "Scream: The Inside Story." He is currently photographing male models for his Male Physique Series. You can see more of his work by clicking HERE

We've just received this shoot in from MiLo800 of hot young model Julio Miranda. Young Julio braved the extreme cold to deliver the goods (it was one of the coldest days in Juarez) and his suffering was worth it!

Another morning, another great shoot from one of our many photographer friends from all over the world.

This set of pictures are taken by Boston based photographer Christopher Correia. We've posted work by Chris before on our blog and it's been well received. We like his style and versatility with a camera.

Coming in 2012....Ottoman Fight Club by Jamie McLeod

Following his hugely successful show, Jack Off Johnny, photo-artist Jamie Mcleod returns to the Dalston Superstore next year with a new show of his portraits of  Turkish Oil Wrestlers, Ottoman Fight Club.

Mcleod’s images were taken over a eight-year period at the  annual Kirkpinar tournament, held in Edirne, Turkey. This is in what was the ancient area of Thrace where Ottoman soldiers prepared for warfare and instilling fear into the hearts of neighbouring Greece and Bulgaria even before the era of Alexander the Great.

Shot in black and white and screen-printed in a panoramic style on a 10-metre ream of canvas, the images have the appearance of stills from a Pasolini movie and are another 'tour de force' from this hugely talented photo artist.
